Scuba Diving Equipment for the discerning explorer 

Problem

This was an open ended brief; come up with a product to aim at a niche market and design the packaging.

Solution

I decided on a compass for scuba divers. The brand story was inspired by the haenyeo, diving women, of Jeju Island, South Korea who dive daily into icy waters to catch seafood to provide for their families, not stopping until their 90s.

Tonglo means path in Korean and throughout the branding the idea of uncovering hidden depths is explored through illustration.
