Embracing the gross to change brand perception.

Problem

The MoonCup is an alternative to tampons/sanitary towels that despite being around for over 15 years remains a niche product. Despite a multitude of advantages over its competitors (including financial and ecological) the MoonCup receives a general reception of repulsion from those who learn about the concept.

Solution

The 'We Are Revolting' campaign doesn't gloss over the not so glamorous aspects of using a menstrual cup. It embraces the yuck-factor and uses a tongue in cheek voice to appeal to the mainstream consumer.
